Felix Bräutigam: “My leadership philosophy was shaped through transformation under pressure: lasting success arises from combining seemingly opposing elements such as visionary strategy AND precise execution, brand strength AND strict profit discipline, transformational leadership AND the willingness to make difficult decisions.”
I am endlessly curious and dedicated to one question: How can we generate more value? Value for the company, the brand, and – most importantly – the customer.” – Felix Bräutigam
