Dr. Henning Beck – Neuroscience is a fascinating field, and Henning Beck effectively communicates this excitement in his lectures. His approach is fresh, contemporary, and engaging, offering science in a direct and accessible manner.
He provides an intriguing insight into the most complex and simultaneously most innovative structure on the planet: the brain. With an entertaining, practical, and vivid style, Henning Beck applies brain research findings to everyday life and demonstrates how we can leverage brain strategies to enhance our thinking.
Creative thinkers, new ideas, and innovative products are in high demand everywhere. However, the brain remains the only system capable of generating truly original thoughts. Learning from the brain means improving our thinking and recognizing that errors in thinking distinguish us from uncreative machines. But how does the brain manage knowledge and information? What lessons can we draw from the brain to increase creativity? And how can companies apply these insights to foster innovation?

Dr. Henning Beck, a biochemist and neuroscientist, guides us behind the scenes of the most imperfect yet most innovative structure on earth – the human brain: an organization full of vulnerabilities yet more powerful than any supercomputer. A network with efficient information transfer, more agile than any productivity-optimized team. In his keynotes, Henning Beck explains why the human brain requires distraction to foster creativity, why it will outperform artificial intelligence for the foreseeable future, and what companies can learn from brain principles to create more innovative structures.
Henning Beck earned his PhD from the Graduate School of Cellular & Molecular Neuroscience in Tübingen in September 2012. Additionally, he obtained a diploma in project management from the University of California at Berkeley in spring 2013. By the end of 2013, he was assisting startups in the San Francisco Bay Area to enhance their innovation. Today, this passionate scientist, author, and speaker remains actively involved in research projects. Through his books, he presents science in an entertaining and informative way, and in his regular contributions to WirtschaftsWoche, GEO magazine, and Deutschlandfunk Nova, among others, he connects current research with practical everyday topics. Henning Beck presents neuroscience in a way never seen before: modern, fresh, entertaining, and full of enthusiasm.
Digital presentation by Dr. Henning Beck – unique and interactive
His live presentations perfectly blend scientifically sound content, inspiring ideas, moments of insight, entertainment, and interaction. His new digital presentation format is equally high-quality and distinctive: a unique fusion of cutting-edge digital technology with the latest scientific content creates an unparalleled experience.
The multi-camera setup in a professional studio allows streaming up to 4K resolution, real-time editing and perspective shifts, crystal-clear sound at studio quality, live integration of audience questions, and the most advanced form of virtual presentation at the edge of technical possibilities: lecture slides transform into live 3D animations, videos are integrated with the lecture via green screen in real time, flipchart drawings gain new life through whiteboard and scribble animations or are instantly animated as three-dimensional interactive elements alongside Henning Beck. His digital presentations go beyond typical online lectures – they are multimedia experiences that push the boundaries of digital capabilities.
