Yaël Meier is a Swiss entrepreneur, actress, journalist, and one of the most prominent voices of Generation Z in the German-speaking region.
She co-founded ZEAM, the top Gen Z agency that supports companies like Weleda and Migros in better understanding and effectively engaging young audiences. Her goal is to communicate with young people rather than about them.

Before co-founding ZEAM, Yaël Meier was involved in various creative and media roles. As a teenager, she starred in leading roles in Swiss films such as the dramas “Upload” and “Blue My Mind.”
Alongside her acting career, she worked as a journalist for “Blick,” where she wrote a personal column and hosted a podcast. She also contributed to the SRF YouTube show “Zwei am Morge” and authored articles for several Swiss media outlets.
This media experience and her sensitivity to social trends provided the foundation for her later achievements as an entrepreneur.
