Tom Sietas is a multiple-time world champion in apnoea diving, a discipline focused on maximizing relaxation and maintaining calm under pressure while using minimal oxygen.

During his impulse lectures, you will join him on an adventurous journey to witness how he repeatedly surpassed his own limits and the valuable lessons he learned at pivotal moments in his career. A brief practical exercise will allow you to personally experience techniques for managing pressure effectively to reach peak performance while staying healthy and motivated over time.

Tom Sietas’ lecture topics:

  • Under pressure – Strategies to excel in high-stress situations.
  • Long breath – Maintaining health and motivation during challenging times.
  • Limitless – Continuously pushing the boundaries of your performance.
  • Staying the course – Achieving any goal through the development of willpower.

Rapidly changing markets and restructuring efforts inevitably create intense periods of stress within companies. During these times, managers often increase demands on their employees, which typically results in only short-term gains.

Over the long run, motivation and performance tend to decline. Conflicts between leadership and teams may increase, employees may become disengaged, and absenteeism and lack of commitment often rise.

Tom Sietas aims to counteract these trends. In his lectures and leadership training sessions, you will learn how to remain calm, positive, and healthy under pressure, and how fostering trust can inspire employees to deliver their best performance.
