Having gained experience at international industrial firms like Bosch and various agencies, Sophie Hundertmark was among the first Master’s students in Switzerland to explore chatbots in her research.
Since 2022, she has been pursuing her doctorate at the University of Fribourg, focusing on the integration of conversational AI, fuzzy logic, ethics, and large language models (LLMs). Additionally, she serves as a research assistant and lecturer at the Institute of Financial Services Zug at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (IFZ).
