The Philharmonie Essen Conference Center is a beautiful special location in downtown Essen. The premises convince with individual charm and first-class technical equipment. Your guests can reach the Philharmonie from Düsseldorf Airport in just 20 minutes and from Essen’s main train station in five minutes. More than 500 parking spaces are available in two adjacent parking garages.
Up to 1,866 people can be seated in rows in the impressive Alfried Krupp Hall. Banquets can be held in this elegant setting for up to 504 guests.
The NATIONAL-BANK Pavillon presents itself with an almost futuristic look. The glass cube can seat up to 390 people in rows and up to 264 guests for a stylish banquet.
The banquet hall with its elegant parquet floor can accommodate up to 164 people for a banquet or 247 visitors in row seating. In addition, you can use the beautiful foyer to welcome your guests or for standing receptions. On the same floor you will also find the three halls from the 1950s, which are now listed buildings: Green Hall (max. 78 people), White Hall (max. 130 people) and Yellow Hall (max. 55 people). For meetings and conferences you can use our two event rooms (together max. 173 persons).
