The LVR-LandesMuseum Bonn for conferences
LVR-LandesMuseum Bonn offers conference possibilities for a maximum of 175 persons, independent from the museum operations. A rising event hall with seats and two translator booths and modern media equipment is being supervised by the in-house event-technicians. The conference is being supervised by the event team on site and cooperates with a fixed caterer of the museum.
A seminar room (40 persons in row seating arrangement, also arrangeable in parliamentarian and U-shape arrangements) complements the conference area. Four additional workshop rooms can be used as breakout rooms.
The standard conference equipment such as flipcharts, moderation walls, beamer and WiFi are also available at these rooms. The conference guests also gladly visit the museum, either in the context of a planned supporting program for the conference, or as private guests. The specially favorable location, three walking minutes to the central train station and an own parking garage offer the host the right frame for a successful conference.
