Exclusive events at Kunsthaus Zurich
Located in the heart of the city, Kunsthaus Zurich is home to an extensive collection featuring exhibits by Swiss artists from the 13th century to the present day. The multifunctional spaces of the museum building, opened in 1910, also provide an impressive setting for your private and corporate events. Kunsthaus is also ideal as a location for film and photo shoots.
The venues at Kunsthaus Zurich
Look forward to light-filled event spaces with high ceilings and modern facilities, whether you are in the impressive new building or the historic part of the Kunsthaus. In addition to the four event rooms, a garden and the terrace are also available.
• Lecture hall
With its own entrance from Heimplatz, you can reach the lecture hall with foyer and meeting room. The foyer has cloakrooms and can be separated from the hall by a sliding door. Events for 50 to up to 1,000 people can be ideally hosted in these rooms. In addition to the large stage, the facilities include a lectern with microphone and a screen. On request, access to the Miró or Tinguely Garden can be booked for an outdoor get-together.
• Banquet hall
The separable banquet hall welcomes you with a total flexible usable area of 465 m² in the museum’s new Chipperfield building for festive, cultural or corporate occasions with up to 600 people.
• Bel Étage of Villa Tobler
On the Bel Étage of this elegant Art Nouveau villa, your guests can expect an exclusive ambience. Your banquets, receptions, readings or concerts with 50 to 130 guests can be held in return for a donation to the Zurich Art Society. Villa Tobler is located on the edge of the Old Town, in a central location between Kunsthaus and Grossmünster. The four interconnected rooms cover an area of 200 m².
