The Gustavhalle at Helmkehof is the centerpiece of our venue – the ideal place to redefine goals and visions while motivating your team. All our spaces combine state-of-the-art building, lighting, and sound technology with the extraordinary ambiance of a 125-year-old factory setting. The Gustavhalle also features a 120 m² outdoor terrace, perfect for welcoming receptions. Inside, you’ll experience authentic industrial charm that blends history with modern spirit.
Connected to the Gustavhalle is Die Rösterei, where urban flair meets versatile functionality. The former coffee roastery provides space for a variety of concepts – from receptions and photo shoots to seminars, team-building sessions, and business dinners.
Salon Paris, with more than 260 m², offers a stylish setting for business occasions, workshops, and product presentations for up to 80 guests.
On the second floor of the main building, you’ll benefit from cutting-edge technology and daylight-filled rooms with large windows – easily darkened if required. We also offer diverse team-building programs as part of your event.
