The space options
How about a reception on the prestigious museum forecourt? The light-filled foyer is also ideal for a stylish welcome for your guests. The multifunctional arena is located in the basement. It is directly adjacent to the foyer and is the largest event area at the venue. With its two grandstands for up to 150 people, it even creates a bit of stadium atmosphere. When hired as an open space, it can be furnished and designed individually. The 80 m² Bundesliga conference room is also available to you in the arena. It can be divided in the middle and offers space for events with up to 60 guests.
The rooms with the experience-oriented exhibition can, of course, also be incorporated into your celebration or into a supporting programme.
Additional meeting rooms and the N11 event area, which can be hired exclusively, are also available. The N11 event room is an ideal venue for festive dinners or private celebrations. From there, your guests can enjoy an exceptional panoramic view of Dortmund’s vibrant city life. The modern ambience, together with the interplay of decorated wall surfaces and striking black-and-red pendant lights, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. A sound system and a sunshade for darkening the room are integrated. The lighting can be dimmed flexibly. The furniture consists of simple, square tables, black leather benches and designer chairs. It can be moved or replaced flexibly.
