Mark Streit is a retired Swiss professional ice hockey player, an NHL trailblazer, co-founder of the watch company NORQAIN, and co-owner of the Adelbodner mineral water business.

In 1999, Mark Streit relocated to North America to compete in the lower leagues. There was no anticipation for the Swiss player there. He encountered fierce competition for a roster spot. Unable to break through, he returned to Switzerland for the 2000/01 season. Playing for the ZSC Lions in Zurich, he developed both physically and mentally over the next years. At 27, unexpectedly, he was drafted by the Montreal Canadiens, leading to a remarkable NHL career.
