WHAT DOES HYBRID MEAN?

A truly hybrid event uses technology to integrate an online audience into an event taking place at a physical venue. The aim is to give both online viewers and on-site participants the opportunity to experience the same event as closely as possible.

At hybrid events, online audiences can actively participate alongside guests at the venue. They can contribute to questions, answers and results, interact with speakers and connect with other participants.

HYBRID EVENTS | DIGITAL MODULES

A single digital module does not automatically turn an event into a hybrid event. A conventionally planned on-site event that simply adds a streaming module or survey elements is not, strictly speaking, a fully hybrid event.

Digital modules offer numerous opportunities to make event content accessible beyond the physical venue. Contemporary event concepts can therefore benefit from integrating digital components from the outset – for example, to provide access to additional participants or offer different ways of accessing specific content and expertise.

Comprehensive consultation during the concept development stage is essential in order to coordinate the physical and digital elements according to the event’s objectives, budget and desired reach.

The flexible setting provides space for projects of all kinds – press conferences, meetings, exhibitions, presentations, gala events, celebrations and conferences. Every type of event and gathering finds the right setting here. Guests can focus on what matters: holding inspiring and productive meetings, creating temporary workspaces or organising celebrations of all kinds.

With 900 m² on the ground floor and 300 m² on the upper floor, Oktogon provides ideal conditions for a wide variety of prestigious events.

The venue accommodates 10 to 750 guests. Natural daylight in every room and a ceiling height of up to 14 metres at the centre of the building create a pleasant atmosphere and an ideal environment for thinking, creating and collaborating.
