The former betting hall is currently being comprehensively modernised and will transform into a flexible conference location with variable room concepts for 50 to 500 participants from April 2026 onward. Its location in the new Bürgerpark creates a calm, green environment that supports focused work and productive dialogue during conferences, congresses and meetings.
Inside, a multifunctional conference hall is being created, equipped with professional light and sound technology, modern presentation equipment and flexible seating arrangements. The open hall design allows for a wide variety of setups, from panel discussions to breakout sessions and specialist congresses.
Complementary areas such as backstage rooms, catering zones and storage spaces ensure efficient processes during complex business events.
The outdoor area invites guests to take breaks in the spacious green areas of the Bürgerpark. Networking in a relaxed atmosphere is also possible in the new beer garden. The gastronomic infrastructure incl. an inhouse catering service is designed for both everyday use and business formats, offering modular catering stations and mobile bars.
