Located in the Gateway Gardens business district and in close proximity to Frankfurt Airport, the ZVEI-Konferenzzentrum is particularly well suited to business events with national and international participants. Hotels, restaurants and green spaces are also located nearby.

Modern Conference Rooms with Professional Equipment

Several bright conference rooms are available for conferences, congresses, meetings, seminars and workshops. The Maria Telkes, Konrad Zuse, Hedy Lamarr and Alessandro Volta rooms accommodate 16 to 18 people. Telkes and Zuse can be combined to create a conference room of around 100 m² for up to 32 people.

Larger events with up to 140 people can be hosted in the approximately 234 m² Carl-Friedrich von Siemens room. An integrated catering area and cloakroom complete the facilities.

Depending on the room, technical equipment includes large UHD displays or LED video walls, video conferencing cameras, microphones and presentation technology. Hybrid meetings and streaming can also be accommodated. External technicians can be brought in for more complex technical requirements.

Various lunch packages and snacks are available for catering. The experienced ZVEI-Konferenzzentrum team assists event planners throughout the planning process and is also available on the day of the event to provide organisational and technical support.

The conference center is accessible and easy to reach by public transport as well as via the surrounding motorways. Several car parks are available nearby.
