The historic industrial flair is due to the different sized function rooms within the brick building of the past as Rheinpreußen colliery. Today, in the course of conferences, product presentations, customer events and trade fairs, 90 to 300 people get their money’s worth. Even for stylish corporate events, the rooms are predestined.
Within the elaborately renovated workshop, the 400 m² and a good 10 m high Classic Hall can be regarded as the centerpiece. Imposing gates and windows guarantee a light-filled ambience and elegant classic vehicles act as unique decorative elements. As a result, the space is easily accessible by car if needed. Modern light spots have been perfectly integrated into the historical conditions and the old crane system can also provide special effects.
Smaller occasions, however, are perfectly reserved in the 160 m² workshop. This can be separated with a glass wall of the Classic Hall and gives seminars and conferences the necessary privacy. Even smaller is the frame within the two-storey Driver’s Lounge. It has a total of 100 m² inviting loft flair and an open design with coffee bar. As a year-round open-air location, the 725 m² patio Paddock is ready.
