Centrally located on Luisenstraße, the neoclassical building was completed in 1840 based on designs by Ludwig Ferdinand Hesse and once served as a teaching facility for the first Prussian veterinary school. Following extensive restoration work, the Festsaal on the 2nd floor now shines in renewed splendor, combining historic elegance with modern comfort.

With a generous area of 167 m², the Festsaal accommodates up to 100 people, making it ideal for events such as presentations, conferences, congresses, meetings, incentives, as well as film and photo shoots. The flexible seating arrangement allows the space to be optimally adapted to individual requirements.
The technical equipment includes a projector, a screen, and a lectern with microphone. In addition, handheld microphones and lapel microphones are available, complemented by a high-quality audio system that guarantees clear communication during the event.

For catering services, the adjacent catering area with 59 m² is available. Connected to the Festsaal through large double doors, this space is perfectly suited for registration, catering services, or as a lounge area. Equipped with buffet tables and standing tables, the room creates an inviting atmosphere for breaks and social gatherings.
