Reinhard Dischner is a forward-thinking leader, an enthusiastic executor, but most importantly, he is fundamentally human. His clientele includes corporate boards, managing directors, entrepreneurs, marketing and sales teams, as well as young professionals embarking on their management careers.
Born in 1968 to an entrepreneurial family, Reinhard Dischner inherited this spirit. After completing his economics studies in Germany and Spain, he started his career as the youngest trainee and later as a store manager at Peek & Cloppenburg. He then expanded his experience internationally at GAP Inc. in the United States. He furthered his education at Columbia University in New York City and at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
For over 18 years, he has contributed his expertise in “people, product and process excellence” to the sportswear company PUMA in senior management, helping to transform it into a renowned success. As General Manager SportStyle, he elevated the brand from clearance racks to global fashion runways. He led a diverse, international team across key markets, spanning America, Europe/Africa, and the Far East.
