Felix Behm has spent more than a decade working with younger generations and is acknowledged as a top expert on Generation Z.
He began his career at a healthcare company with 3,500 employees and has held various roles bridging schools and businesses. His experience includes working as a career guidance coach directly with young people in schools, as well as serving on multiple examination boards and organizations focused on youth and the labor market.
In 2016, Felix Behm launched his own consultancy, advising companies across different industries on HR topics related to marketing and nurturing young talent. He has also conducted training sessions for several seminar providers. Since 2020, he has been a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg. Additionally, he contributed for five years to the Funpreneur project at the Free University of Berlin, supporting students in creating their own companies within six weeks. In 2021, he published his first book ‘Generation Z begeistern und binden’, aimed specifically at trainers. His second book on Generation Z was released in 2024.
