REFO is run by a non-profit association that has transformed its neighbourhood church into a vibrant place to meet. In doing so, tradition, openness and lived sustainability are perfectly combined.
REFO as an event venue
The Neo-Gothic nave, with its tall windows and warm wooden floorboards, accommodates up to 500 guests and impresses with its natural lighting, the large south rose window and the calm, almost meditative atmosphere. Thanks to modern sound and lighting technology, flexible furnishing options and powerful projection, the historic space becomes a versatile stage for streaming formats, film and photo productions, conferences, incentives, presentations or Christmas parties.
The bright hall, with its distinctive pointed-arch windows, can host up to 100 people and is ideal for workshops, meetings or catering areas. An integrated kitchenette, refrigeration options and a cosy sofa corner are also available.
The adjacent Wiclefplatz extends the space outdoors. Sheltered from the wind and sunny, it is ideal for breaks, small receptions or breakout sessions in the open air.
The church is fully accessible and equipped with PA systems, screens, two projectors and comfortable underfloor heating.
Whether it is a corporate event with stage and buffet for up to 160 people, a conference with parallel groups on galleries and in side aisles, or creative movement formats such as yoga or dance, the Reformation Church provides a stylish setting for a wide range of formats.
