Your wedding celebration at KINDL in Berlin
The KINDL – Centre for Contemporary Art was built in red brick between 1926 and 1930. Originally conceived as a nod to German Expressionism, its current use as an event venue makes it an ideal backdrop for your wedding celebration. Since 2014, changing exhibitions have been held within the elaborately renovated venue in Berlin-Neukölln; in 2016, the exhibition space was expanded. The listed ensemble of rooms, with its urban industrial charm, provides an exciting setting for your celebration.
Make use of the exceptionally impressive boiler house, with its 20-metre ceiling height, for your romantic occasion and invite up to 400 (standing) guests to the 400 m² space. Please note that the room is only available during the exhibition-free period in summer and subject to individual arrangement.
The 78 m² education room is often booked as a preparation area, cloakroom or similar. As access is independent of visitors, you do not need to adhere to the museum’s opening hours. In suitable weather, the outdoor area can also be included: you can welcome guests in the beer garden and, on the north side, in an inner courtyard. A seated meal for up to 100 people can be arranged in the 350 m² brew house. Larger groups of up to 250 people are alternatively very well accommodated in the engine house.
