With its multifunctionality, the location provides the perfect setting for any type of event. From private celebrations such as birthday parties or weddings to business meetings and conferences, larger corporate events like summer parties or Christmas celebrations, and even exclusive large-scale events or PR events, the location impresses with five modular event spaces that can be customized to meet your needs.

The spacious lifestyle restaurant on the 4th floor offers an impressive backdrop for events with up to 500 people, with direct lake views. The standout feature is the stunning ceiling dome that connects the lifestyle restaurant to the fifth floor above.
On the adjacent 5th floor, the 360° rooftop terrace unfolds across 387 m², offering breathtaking panoramic views. In addition to the enchanting outdoor area, the ROOFTOP GARDEN & BAR features a light-filled pavilion structure with a bar and an indoor kitchen.
The versatile second floor features modular areas spanning 388 m². The largest space, TERRACE LOFT, showcases stylish industrial ambiance and can accommodate up to 250 people. With a DJ platform and views of the lake from the covered terraces, it provides a versatile setting.
The GOLDEN BAR captivates with its glamorous ambiance, ideal for events with up to 50 people. Equally exclusive and with a magnificent view of Lake Constance, the PRIVATE ROOM covers 84 m² and can host business workshops or private celebrations for up to 100 people. The adjacent cinema is also suitable for large presentations for up to 286 people and is available for additional bookings if needed.
