MaHalla for events in Berlin Oberschönweide
This architectural jewel with 9,000 square meters of event space and ceiling heights of up to 18 meters is still known to many locals as the former Electropolis showroom. It once served AEG as an exhibition space for large turbines and also inspired Fritz Lang’s famous film Metropolis.
Since 2021, the MaHalla team has carefully revived the impressive industrial location on the up and coming Wilhelminenhofstraße in Oberschöneweide. With up to 15 usable event spaces across several levels, the venue offers ample capacity for events ranging from 10 to 2,000 guests.
Event spaces with industrial charm
The large MAIN HALL offers 3,600 square meters of space with a ceiling height of 12 meters, creating a unique atmosphere for presentations or incentives among striking Parisian steel columns. The glazed roof produces a magical play of light, while the girders and columns form an impressive backdrop.
Connected to the main hall, the Forum benefits from abundant natural light and provides ideal conditions for film and photo shoots or streaming events. This long, open space can also be used for accreditation and cloakroom areas. In the evening, it is perfectly suited for incentives or Christmas parties for up to 400 guests.
With its spectacular ceiling height of 18 meters, the BLACK HALL is a cathedral of creativity and ideal for atmospheric events. The elegant Winter Garden is considered one of the most charming rooms in MaHalla. Weddings, creative meetings or Christmas parties for up to 100 guests find a stylish setting here.
