On, above and under water KAI 10 disposes of about 450 m² of space for meetings and conferences. Just the conference area with two halls offers room for 150 conference members. In a lounge above the canal guests can enjoy the evening sun and later go down to celebrate under deck. Sun seekers are relaxing on the club terrace directly on the water.
All rooms of the Location KAI 10 are combinable with each other and are equipped with most modern event technology like quiet projectors HD and polished light concept, renewed in autumn, 2013.
