Right in the heart of Munich, directly at the Viktualienmarkt, the FancyRosi Studio opens up an extraordinary space for creative concepts, stylish events and brand-strong productions.
Spanning 275 m², this versatile event venue combines urban design, high-end amenities, and maximum flexibility—perfect for pop-ups, presentations, film and photo shoots, or inspiring Christmas parties.
The open-concept main area, featuring a central designer bar as an eye-catching focal point, a lounge zone, and a light-filled open space, creates a welcoming atmosphere for up to 199 standing guests.
Designer furniture from Sweden, floor-to-ceiling windows, and unobstructed views of the street provide ideal conditions for attention-grabbing events. The space can be freely furnished, divided into modular zones, and flexibly staged—from daytime events to evening gatherings. The functional auxiliary rooms (approx. 75 m²) for backstage, technical equipment, changing rooms, and accessible restrooms round out the offering.
Technical equipment and amenities can be customized. The rental price already includes lounge furniture, a 55-inch display, a basic sound and lighting setup, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, as well as a bar and coat check. For additional needs, an 85-inch display, a PA system, wireless microphones, DJ equipment, and a technician can be booked.
The pop-up store at the Viktualienmarkt is also available as an additional venue. It is ideal for pop-ups, showrooms, and brand launches, offering companies an attractive platform for eye-catching presentations.
