The optional catering, which can be booked in addition, is truly something special and sets standards across Germany in this form – the culinary delights of the highest quality are prepared by a genuine Michelin-star chef! From an exquisite snack buffet to a multi-course menu, anything is possible, including vegan, halal or kosher cuisine.
To match this level of exclusivity, no expense was spared during the extensive redesign of Ballroom Frankfurt, which was only recently completed, and great care was taken to use high-quality materials. Black marble was used for the flooring and for the wall cladding in the well-maintained sanitary facilities.
