What was once a horse stable is now a versatile space concept featuring the LUX Loft, Loft2, Studio, Apartment, and Agency—all under one roof. The quiet location in the inner courtyard ensures a pleasant working atmosphere, far from the hustle and bustle of the city yet still centrally located.
Whether it’s a strategy workshop, board meeting, seminar, or a multi-day conference—the flexible spaces can be customized to meet your specific needs. Modern event technology, generous ceiling heights, and plenty of natural light ensure optimal conditions for focused work and inspiring collaboration.
At the heart of the space is the 150 m² LUX Loft, featuring a ceiling height of 5.50 meters and impressive, southwest-facing windows. It is complemented by the 110 m² LUX Loft2 and the 90 m² Studio in the basement. The three event spaces, which can be flexibly combined, allow for a wide variety of layout concepts—from small meetings to larger conferences with multiple program items.
For speakers or multi-day events, the in-house LUX Apartment, with 35 m² of living space, is available. Upon request, the experienced team at the LUX Agency will also assist with the planning and execution of your event and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
