Altonaer Fischauktionshalle for events in Hamburg
Since its ceremonial inauguration in 1896 by Emperor Wilhelm, the Altonaer Fischauktionshalle has been a Hamburg landmark and a magnet for visitors from all over the world.
Built in the style of a Roman basilica, the building served as an auction hall for freshly caught fish until 1955. In the 1980s, the historic hall underwent extensive restoration and now shines in new splendor as an extraordinary event location.
Your event location on the Elbe
Located directly on the Elbe, in the heart of the Port of Hamburg, the Altonaer Fischauktionshalle offers a unique atmosphere for events of all kinds. The “Altona” pier is located directly in front of the hall and allows for a typical Hanseatic arrival by ferry or an exclusively chartered barge.
The flexibly divisible event space offers 3,500 m² of space. Whether it’s a large event or an exclusive event with 150 people, we will find the ideal setting for a successful event in the hall. A coordinated lighting and room concept creates an atmospheric ambience that can be individually adapted to your event concept.
In addition, our in-house parking lot with up to 120 parking spaces is at your disposal. Upon request, this can also be used for tent structures to supplement the event space.
We would be happy to advise you personally on the many possibilities offered by the Altonaer Fischauktionshalle.
