The approximately 260 m² main event area, which can be fully customized and designed to suit individual needs, forms the heart of the venue. The open layout offers maximum flexibility for individual event concepts and brand presentations.
An elegant gallery level provides additional space for VIP areas, production control rooms, DJ setups, or invited guests. A particular highlight is the exclusive rooftop terrace on the sixth floor, which is ideal for aperitifs, sundowners, and receptions overlooking the modern urban quarter.
A stylish, fully equipped bar featuring a professional espresso machine and a comfortable lounge area create a relaxed atmosphere. High-quality soundproof windows also allow events with elevated music levels to be held without any issues.

The venue is not tied to any exclusive catering partner, although the team is happy to recommend premium partners upon request. A fully equipped event kitchen ensures smooth operational workflows.
The state-of-the-art technology also supports you during your event. It includes the latest sound and lighting equipment, a screen including a projector, a dimmable daylight system, and an exceptionally powerful technical infrastructure. Floor tanks and cable trusses throughout the venue allow for maximum flexibility in technical implementation. More than 30 individually fused circuits are available for productions, presentations, trade fairs, and hybrid formats.
The location on Weihenstephaner Straße offers excellent accessibility. Tram line 21 connects the venue directly with Munich Central Station and Ostbahnhof. Guests can easily reach the M8 Eventfactory via bus lines 190 and 191, as well as other stops right outside the door. Messe München is also directly connected via line 190.
For guests arriving by car, over 800 underground parking spaces including charging stations for electric cars and a validation machine are available. Several hotels are also located directly opposite the venue.
